Icewind Dale II Complete

Icewind Dale II was missing from the family of Black Isle cRPGs, this is now fixed.
The widescreen mod installer has been updated so it can be used with this game, too.

 I got this one from GOG.com for a good price. I havn't tried it in Linux yet, but it runs fine in Windows.
Testing in PlayOnLinux is on my to do list.
