Description, steps to reproduce:

while attempting to install skyrim playonlinux attempted to download dotnetfx.exe and becomes unresponsive

It may be a software problem, I tried 4x to install Skyrim to investigate the problem.
Each time I've deleted the whole "ressources" folder content.
- First time, it failed downloading steam (but all other third-party soft were downloaded)
- Second time, it failed downloading dotnet20 (but all other third-party soft were downloaded)
- Third time it failed downloading vcrun2008 (but all other third-party soft were downloaded)
- Last try all worked without any problem...all download ok, nothing to report...

It's a wierd problem with random issues...Tinou will probably investigate it further since it's the main coder of this project.

One problem may be that urllib, the Python library used to implement POL_Download_Resource, does not seem to provide any control over retries (if it implements it at all).
