Trying to play Counterstrike Source, help please
CSS will not run

Hi everybody, just registered to try and get some assistance. I am using POL version 4.0.16 to try and play CSS. I have turned on debugging and the message that I see appears to suggest I do not have an open gl plugin available to me. I have been through the configuration set up and cannot seem to suss out how to get things working. I assumed CSS would be downloaded from steam after I created an account but nothing seems to have happened. Thanks in advance of any you can give me.
