I have tested the gameversion from GOG.com (BGII-Complete) and it only works with a solution lower than 800x600. If I activate 3D and a solution of 1024x768 it jerks very heavy. It is unplayable. I have tested it with Debian Jessie (8) and 2 machines. One machine had a Intel Card (IntelMHD4500) and one machine had an amd card (RV730/M96 [Mobility Radeon HD 4650/5165]) with free radeon driver.

But there is one solution. With wine in version 1.7.12 and 1.7.32 it just works fine. I gave a feedback in the winehqappdb too.
