Hello,

i am trying to use DVDFab 9 on playonlinux, becouse i can choice the version of

wine to use and I can use the 64 bit version of it.

In general, except for some graphical issues, the software run fine.

The only problem is that if i create big MKV files (i uses a lot MKV passthru from BDs), the software goes out of memory.

This is the log of the software:

38m 40.09s: error: filter name(bd_demux), type(1), id(27), get std_exception(bad allocation)
38m 41.12s: error: Work 1 failed, Error = control graph control_filter_error error: filter name(bd_demux), type(1), id(27), get std_exception(bad allocation)

I am using a 1.9.16 version of wine, the 64 bit version seems to suffer less this problem,

but it can be a my impression. I uses a win7 configuration, bcs is required from the software.

Is it possible in any way tweak the memory management of Wine ? It exists a limit of allocable

memory ?

Thanks in advance, sorry for the bad english.

Marco.
