Manual Install: Hung on "Looking for runnable CD-ROMS"

Attempted manual installation with PlayOnMac v 4.4.1 on MacOS Catalina (10.15.6)

1) New virtual drive

2) No WINE or library configuration

3) Either 32 or 64 bit windows installation

4) Drive gets created. 

5) Hangs on "Looking for runnable CD-ROMS" dialog. Selecting cancel kills the install
