Temperatures of 106c under heavy loads on Mac Air M3 2024

I am emulating PS3 games using RPCS3, I use a program called XRG that provides me my temps and when emulating my Mac air gets as hot as 106c (220f). I even have a laptop cooler under my Mac air. Should I be worried or no? My computer has never gave me a temperature warning
