Greetings.

Here are a couple of tips for submitting issues to POM. I know that some of the new users (POM and just new Linux/Mac users in general) have had issues understanding what is needed when we ask for either 'terminal output' or the debug log.

NOTE**These are screenshots from PlayOnLinux, but it should still be the same procedure.

And here are some screenshots of how to get to the debugging output from your virtual drives.

First, open PlayOnMac and click Tools -> PlayOnMac debugger
When the debug window opens up, select the virtual drive or script that gave you issues
Then, select all of the text in the right side of the window. This is the debugging output. After selecting all of the text, right-click, then click COPY.

You can also submit a bug report from this window, but unless you are sure that its a bug, you should probably post in the forums first. This way, you can present the issue to the whole community, and more than likely get an answer faster. Then, if there are still issues (mismatched wine version, dead URL, etc), a bug report can be opened up to repair the script.

This is the output that you will paste into your error report, bug report, or post in the forums.

Thanks for taking some time to take a look at this. I think this will help to clear up some of the confusion.

Cheers!
