Well, you dont install things like that in to a certain folder.
Can you be more specific next time that you post? Read the forum rules and stickies, and give us concise and verbose information, so that we can see what the problem is.
As for how to install it, its impossible to tell you, because you didnt give us ANY information on your system, setup, and what you were doing when it happened.... Hence the forum rules and stickies. Please read them. It is mandatory to follow them.
