MSIEXEC.EXE Issue

I am attempting to install my copy of MindJet Mind Manager Professional 2012 in Ubuntu 15.10 but I am getting an error message around MSIEXEC.EXE when I try to install it under Play On Linux 4.2.6-1.

Has anyone any experience of resolving errors with MSIEXEC.EXE?

If so, how is the MSEXEC.EXE issue resolved?
