Hi All,

Firstly, I am a complete noob and have only just started using Linux. Now that I can play most of my games in Linux, I am trying to kick the windows habbit for good. I am now down to 2 games (and I hear that Elite isn't going to work) and thought I would try getting this running. I am really sorry if this is the wrong place to post, I read the stickies and this seemed to be the right place?

Progress so far..

I have got Origin (9.12) running and SWBF2 has downloaded and needed a x64 drive. I initially got errors for pkcs11 keyrings, which I seem to have got rid of using this: https://askubuntu.com/questions/127848/wine-cant-find-gnome-keyring-pkcs11-so/295931. I am now quite stuck, as the errors don't seem to be something I can find on the forums.

In the Wine log, all I have is this: [11/23/17 19:21:11] - Running wine-2.19-staging start.exe /wait /unix /home/ghostie/.PlayOnLinux//wineprefix/Origin/drive_c/./users/Public/Desktop/STAR WARS Battlefront II.lnk (Working directory : /uswine: Unhandled page fault at address 0x7bc9ffce (thread 00eb), starting debugger...
In the backtrace log, I can see the error: Unhandled exception: page fault in 64-bit code (0x000000007bc9433e).
I have tried this on windows 7 & 10, with 2.19-staging and 2.21-staging and get the same error each time.

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction of where I might be able to find answers or know what else I might try please? Even better, does anyone already know the answer? laugh

Many thanks ImperatorS, not sure how I missed that, it seemed to only want to show me the 2005 version when I was searching. At least it isn't just me then wink
