Sims 3 Installer won't start

I am trying to install the Sism 3 onto Ubuntu 10.10 with PlayOnlinux
I select the game and all but when it reaches the part to actually install it, the installer doesn't start.

I have installed it before but had to uninstall due to a bad patch.

Please help.
