Cannot load python.dll

I'm running Oblivion GOTY with PlayOnLinux.
I would like to work on Mods, so I installed the Construction Set, no problems.
Note: I'm using Wine 1.7.46 & a 64 bit Virtual Drive for the install.
I'm having difficulty running the Mod organizer titled "Wrye Bash" though. It installs, though then upon trying to run it, I get error "Module not found. Could not load python.dll."

Note: I'm aware that Wrye Bash requires Python 2.7. There are Linux instructions here, though they're written for ArchLinux, & I'm using Debian 9 Stretch. Essentially, the python-2.7.msi file spawns an install window, though when selecting an install location, the "Next" button fails to continue the install process. I had considered using the Config feature & the Console button, though I'm not certain about where to put the python-2.7.msi file. I'm new to PlayOnPython.
Note as well: The Wrye Bash "BashBugDump.log" file suggests:

I would really appreciate some help.
I'm new to PlayOnLinux, though I'm floored at the ability to play Oblivion & Skyrim without the necessity to go through Steam. The advertisements of those separate services put me off. PlayOnLinux really is awesome!!
