Installation works, if you use ie6 and vcrun6 according to http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=19497. There it says, that you also need IE7 which isn't in the POL installation list but I think IE8 might also work.
What doesn't work is saving the information from the map into the picture but there is an explanation and a workaround to be found here: https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name/?app_id=5875;forum=1;msg=106825 but it doesn't work for me. Also the loading of the map is quite slow.
Does anybody has an idea how to make it work? I'd like to contribute if I would know what information is needed.
