LoL fps 40 from 200 for 1 second

Hi guys, im using POL 4.2.8, wine version 1.7.44-LeagueOfLegends2

My distro: 

Description:    Linux Mint 17.2 Rafaela
Release:    17.2
Codename:    rafaela

nvidia drivers: 346.82-0ubuntu0.2

Everything works perfectly i got 200fps, but every 5-10 sek my fps drops till 40 and game laggy for 1 second. and then back to 200. This is my main problem, any suggest? maybe some one got the same problem....
