2GB, DDR3 UDIMM Memory, 1600MHz, Non-ECC (1DIMM)
NVIDIA® Quadro® K600, 1GB, 1 DP & 1 DVI-I (DP-DVI & DVI-VGA adapters)
500GB, 7200 RPM 3.5" SATA 6Gb/s Hard Drive

Good question...
The GeForce Quadro is the only thing I would research.
As far as I know the Quadro series is optimized for CAD, modeling and drafting performance.
I'm not saying it can't play games, but chances are... you would get better performance from a typical GeForce 6XX card and they will cost less.

The rest is perfect!
What Distro are you planning on using?
