Microsoft Word 2010 - Bottom cut off in maximized mode

Hello everyone!

I apologize if this is not the correct place to ask this. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I run a dual monitor setup, one is 1920x1080 and the main one is 1920x1200.

I can maximize word 2010 on the smaller resolution one, no problem. However, on the bigger resolution monitor the bottom of word 2010 is completely cut off if I maximize the window. It still takes up the space, but the cut-off part is grey and hides the bottom of what should be in the window.

On the other hand, if I keep word 2010 windowed I can stretch it out all the down, no problem.

I'm running xubuntu 15.10 if it matters. PoL 4.2.10.

Any ideas how I can fix this? The same thing happens with word 2013.
