Hi!

I just downloaded PlayOnLinux with Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx, and I'm having a small problem.

I went and got my Halo PC ISO from my cloud drive that I made before I got my netbook and I mounted it using Gmount, I successfully had PlayOnLinux select my Mount Point folder and after that, it creates a prefix, then the wine configuration is saved to that folder the prefix was in, then it tells me to only click next when installation is finished. I attempted to install Halo using Wine, and during setup, it says "Cannot load PidGen.dll". I tried changing permissions using...

$ cd Desktop/
$ sudo chown ty ISO_MOUNT/*

But it says it's read-only.

I also would like to play ZDaemon, but I don't understand how to install a game that's not on the list, and it has to be older than Wine version 1.1.2 because of frame drops.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Okay, Halo is installing now, all I had to do was install mfc42 using WineTricks. We'll see how Halo goes.

EDIT2: Okay, when I would click Run on Halo, nothing happens, when I try to run Halo through Wine without PlayOnLinux, Halo crashes... I know that it runs, because It ran when I was on Windows, before I got Ubuntu.
